Peter receives a lot of questions about supplements for bodybuilders, in this week’s YouTube video he answers some of your nutrition questions about protein powders and N02 supplements.

Is whey protein isolate really a dead protein. I’ve read that it’s made from pasturized whey, if I understand properly. When you heat to kill bacteria you also kill enzymes. All the enzymes are killed during the pasturizing and that would make it harder to digest and assimilate. Maybe as bad for you or worse than soy protein.
I’m diabetic and have a bad or dead thyroid, so I’m not into soy unless it’s fermented and then not to much. I would really like to get as much out of the my supplements as I can.
